Catherine Violet Hubbard animal sanctuary

Tragically, Catherine was a victim of the Sandy Hook shooting in Newtown Connecticut. I worked directly with her mother and a team of volunteers to create their campaign to gain funding for an animal sanctuary dedicated to her memory. Through tears we landed on the line “Tell your friends that I am kind” which Catherine had whispered to a butterfly on her finger as she let it go. Through fundraisers, events, ad campaigns, and hours of pouring through pictures and videos to put together a short film to show at a major fundraising banquet, we did it. In 2022 we broke ground and began building on a 34 acre property in Connecticut. I am so proud and honored to be a part of their story.
